Garlic Fried Rice

Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients: 
1 cup cooked rice that has been refrigerated for at least 5 hours 
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1 egg
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
1. Heat up the oil on the stove over low/medium heat.
2. Mince the two garlic cloves and add them to the oil until they become browned.
3. Add the rice to the oil and stir until rice is soft.
4. Put the fried rice in a bowl.
5. Cook the egg over easy style.
6. Place the over easy egg over the fried rice.
7. Top with salt and pepper to taste.
