Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
1 bag or about 20 Brussels sprouts
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs vegetable oil
Salt 
Pepper
1/2 Tbs butter
1 Tbs minced garlic

Directions:
1. Cut the roots off of the Brussels sprout and wash. Then slice each sprout in half.  
2. Heat up the oils and butter in a pan over medium heat.
3. Saute garlic in the pan for a minute, stirring constantly.
4. Add the Brussels sprouts to the pan. 
5. Add salt and pepper to taste (I use about 1 1/2 tbs salt and 1 tbs pepper). 
6. Cook the Brussels sprouts over medium heat until they brown.
